TIRED STORY

this few week I felt very tired and very stressful because I was sitting mid-year exam so I busy reading book..
but everytime when i started to read i want to sleep...
haiz...how am I going to change my attitude???
please someone to help me to solve my problem...
still have 3 day to end my exam!!!
